Continuo Basics and Beyond with Brandon Acker

Early music performer and educator Brandon Acker will be our guest clinician for the 2026 Baroque Opera Workshop at Queens College, leading a session on the fundamentals of early 17th-century basso continuo practice as well as some nuances in accompanying the opera arias of George Frideric Handel.

Come one, come all! - lutes, theorbos, archlutes, Baroque guitars, Baroque harps, harpsichords, lirones and all sundry instruments of accompaniment
